In a large bowl beat all the eggs and sugar till nice pale.
Add the milk and keep mixing it with an electric beater and add vanilla extract to it.
Now add all the dry ingredients (i.e Flour,salt,baking powder ) and sieve it so there are no lumps in the mixture.
Fold in all the batter,make sure there are no lumps and its a nice thin consistency
Preheat a non-stick skillet,add a small nob of butter and swirl it around coating the entire pan(skillet).
With the help of a spoon ladle pour in the batter and quickly swirl it around making a sheet.
Once tiny bubbles appear flip it to the other side and cook for another minute till slightly golden.
Repeat for the rest of the crepes
*You can serve these crepes with clotted cream,whipped cream,nutella,agave syrup,maple syrup or caramel sauce or chocolate sauce.And decorate it with sliced fruits like strawberries,cherries,bananas and raspberries.

Even if you have absolutely nothing at home and are craving some carbs,then believe me this is your go to recipe.
The crispy exterior and the chewy soft interior is the best alternative to the regular boring bread we have daily.
Make your breakfast,lunch and snack special with the help of this simple recipe.
All purpose flour- 3 cups to 4 cups (for dusting the counter for kneading)
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar- 1 tsp
oil -1 tbsp
Mix the yeast and sugar in the warm water and set it aside and let it rise
In a large open pan add flour and salt and mix well, then make a well in the center and with the help of a wooden spoon mix in all the flour. mix well!
Once the water and the yeast is all mixed together, grease a large bowl with oil and put the dough in.
*Remember the dough will be a bit liquidy so don’t panic!!!
Cover the bowl with cling tightly and put in a warm dry place for 2-3 hours to rise.
Once the dough is risen and doubled in size, dust your counter with flour, and just gently fold the dough with the flour,you don’t want very dry and tough dough it should be smooth and soft,just enough flour so the stickiness is gone and its easier to work with.
Once the dough is ready,divide it into the three equals size and cover with a damp cloth and let sit in a warm place again for 15 minutes.
Then roll them into a shape of the baguettes and put on a buttered tray,cover and let rise once more for 30 -40 minutes. *With the help of a knife make slanted line on top.In the oven keep a pan under the rack.Let it heat.add hot water in it ,which will create steam and help the bread be really nice and soggy.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C – 170°C(fan forced)
Enjoy with your favourite cheese but I like to make Garlic bread or sandwich out of it.All i do is slice in the middle and add my favourite fillings.
This bread would last you two weeks in the freezer,all you do is put in the microwave for 10 minutes with a glass of water inside the microwave.
Everyone loves chicken nuggets especially the kids.I have a 5 year old sister and she enjoys chicken nuggets more than anything else.You can easily get these at any departmental store but to be very honest we don't know what goes in those expensive processed package nuggets.I recently saw a video on how these processed foods are made.I will attach the video here aswell and I can promise you would never want to eat them again but hey you don't have to mess out on the yummy goodness cause its super simple to make and it take absolutely no time.
1 kilo gram lean chicken mince
1 stalk of spring onions- finely chopped
bunch of coriander leaves
3 bread slices without the sides
1/2 cup of milk
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cups Panko bread crumbs or American garden Garlic bread crumbs
1 cup flour
In a bowl, add mince,salt,pepper,spring onions,coriander and mix well.
Now add the bread slices and pour in all the milk and use your hands to mix well and squish all the mince together to combine.
spread the breadcrumbs and flour in separate plates and whip the eggs in a bowl.This is for the breading
With the help of a tablespoon(if you like them big) or a teaspoon (if you like them in small size),take one table spoon of mince and make the shape of nuggets on your palm.(Make sure your hands are dusted with flour).
Then first dip the nuggets in flour then the egg and then the breadcrumbs.
Then toss them in cold oil and let the oil heat up slowly,this way the inside of the nugget will cook evenly aswell as the crisp exterior.
Repeat step 4 & 5 for each nugget.
You can easily make a large batch and pop them in the freezer and cook them whenever guests arrive or make a quick snack for the kids school lunch.
It will last for 2 weeks or up-to a month.

All you need is love but a little chocolate every now and then doesn’t hurt
250 grams digestive biscuits
75 grams soft unsalted butter
1 x 400 grams jar nutella (at room temperature)
100 grams chopped toasted hazelnuts(OPTIONAL)
500 grams cream cheese (at room temperature)
4 teaspoon icing sugar (sifted)
3 teaspoon coco powder
Break the digestives into the bowl of a processor, add the butter and coco powder and blitz until it starts to clump. Add 25g/3 tablespoons of the hazelnuts(if you prefer,i skipped this) and continue to pulse until you have a damp, sandy mixture.
Tip into a 23cm/9inch round springform and press into the base either using your hands or the back of a spoon. Place in the fridge to chill.
Beat the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth and then add the remaining Nutella to the cream cheese mixture, and continue beating until combined
Take the springform out of the fridge and carefully smooth the Nutella mixture over the base.
Place the tin in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.
Serve straight from fridge.

Bunch of fresh beans (as much as you think is required)
1 tea spoon salt
1 table spoon oil
2 table spoon sesame seeds (roasted)
2 table spoon peanut butter
2 garlic cloves,crushed
2 table spoon soya sauce
2 table spoon vinegar
2 table spoon brown sugar
1 tea spoon butter
Blanch the beans(whole) in boiling salt water for 2-3 minutes.
Drain in a colander and season with salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl make a dressing-Add peanut butter,soya sauce,vinegar and brown sugar.
Completely mix all the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
In a pan put the oil and add the garlic and toss drained green fresh beans toss and put the peanut butter dressing on it and cook with the dressing for 3 to 4 minutes and add the butter.Add toasted sesame seeds and serve.

This is a unique delicious recipe for chicken wings. Common in most countries of south east asia is quick and scrumptious.You don’t have to put in alot of hard work to make it and still get your guests praise it. This will definitely be every kids favourite.
12 chicken wings
4 tablespoon tamarind paste
1 teaspoon chilli flakes or according to your choice
2 tablespoon sugar
2-3 crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tables spoon oil
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl,add Tamarind paste,chilli flakes, sugar, garlic cloves,oil, salt, pepper, fish sauce.
Mix all ingredients well completely so they are fully incorporated together.
Add the wings, get your hands in and rub the marinate on the wings.coat it all over the chicken wings Preheat your oven at 200 degrees and we will bring this down to 170 degrees (electric oven) or 150 degrees (gas oven)
Cover the bowl with cling or foil and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes upto 3 hours.(the longer you let it marinate, the better).
On a baking tray, put double layers of foil to prevent from burning.Grease the pan with oil and place the wings on the tray.
Pour all the remaining marinate over it and place the tray in the middle rack of the oven.
Let it bake for 25-30 minutes.(check after 20 minutes, you don’t want burn chicken wings) Once the wings are nice golden with a slight char dish them out and sprinkle some spring onions, parsley or coriander.
